airtravelbook.com is not responsible for fluctuations in currency exchange rates that occur after travel reservations are made for international services. You acknowledge that exchange rates are subject to variation, and any price quoted in local currency is a guideline and not binding.
Reservations made and paid for through this platform may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees, depending on the supplier's policy. Once issued, tickets may incur penalties for cancellations or refunds. We do not control printed prices on tickets, which may vary from the fare collected.

"Booking / Reservation" - The negotiation process with the Travel Supplier conducted by you through the site to obtain one or more service elements, resulting in a contract with the Travel Supplier when full payment is made, and your offer is accepted.
To complete a Booking, the following steps are taken to validate it:

Once you do, you are making airtravelbook.com an offer (which cannot be withdrawn if you change your mind) to purchase the relevant service element(s) from the respective Travel Supplier(s) (your "Booking"). We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer on behalf of the Travel Supplier based on our final decision.
The airtravelbook.com email confirmation is NOT a contractual acceptance of the Booking but merely an acknowledgment that we have received your offer. We will check the availability of the relevant service element(s).
If the service element is available, your booking will proceed. The contract related to the Booking is established once full payment has been received.
Your contract with the Travel Supplier will only concern the service elements confirmed by email, including ticket number(s) / PNR number(s) for flights or reservation numbers for hotels, cars, or other services.
Until the contract is formed between you and the Travel Supplier, and a ticket has been issued or a reservation made, the details of your Booking (such as price, availability, or travel dates) are not guaranteed. Once the Booking is completed, any cancellation or changes (such as to names or destinations) are solely at our discretion and subject to these Terms & Conditions.
These Booking processes apply to the Terms & Conditions of any individual service element. The airline ticket Terms & Conditions, hotel Terms & Conditions, car rental Terms & Conditions, and the attractions and services Terms & Conditions supplement any area not covered in the Booking process. We reserve the right to modify the Booking process at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon being posted on the site.
Government-issued photo ID is required at all times during travel for security checks at airports, hotels, car rental locations, and may be required for other activities as deemed necessary by Travel Suppliers.
Additionally, proof of citizenship (Passport) is required for international travel (for most countries outside the U.S.). It is solely your responsibility to ensure that you meet the passport, visa, and/or health requirements for countries you wish to visit or transit through (even for a flight change). Many countries require your passport to be valid for a minimum period from the date of arrival. For clarification on applicable minimum periods or any other passport/visa requirements, contact the corresponding local consulate of your destination countries.
Neither airtravelbook.com nor its employees assume any liability, and no refunds will be granted if you are denied boarding, delayed, or deported due to non-compliance with these requirements.
airtravelbook.com reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and, if necessary, give you the option to cancel the Booking or permit airtravelbook.com to charge any price difference from your credit or debit card before departure.
Once a Booking has been made, you cannot transfer or change the name(s) or destination(s) associated with the Booking.
Your Booking will be completed on the delivery date specified in your ticket information email, or if no date is provided, upon ticket issuance, barring exceptional circumstances.
The terms of this agreement incorporate by reference the terms of each airline's contract of carriage. Passengers may review the full text of the contract at any airline's airport or ticket offices. The total amounts we provide encompass all taxes and fees associated with air travel, hotel stays, car rentals, and activities incorporated in your reservation unless otherwise specified in your ticket information email or these Terms & Conditions. Additional charges for fuel surcharges, security fees, baggage fees, seat reservations, hotel incidentals, and other related service fees may be applicable, which will be billed by the respective Travel Supplier at the time of check-in unless stated otherwise. You are entirely accountable for any such extra costs arising from the Travel Supplier. For inquiries regarding these fees, please reach out to our 24/7 service team or the relevant Travel Supplier directly.
Quoted prices for service elements do not encompass liability insurance, collision damage waivers, personal accident insurance, personal belongings protection, drop-off fees, fuel, child safety seats, ski racks, or incidental room charges at the hotel (such as telephone calls, movies, energy surcharges, and any applicable tax increases). All these charges must be settled at the car rental pick-up point and/or at the hotel check-in counter.
The quoted prices also exclude any additional flight fuel surcharges or other fees that may be levied from time to time by the relevant Travel Supplier or authorities, all of which must be borne by you.
airtravelbook.com accepts all major credit cards and debit cards with a verifiable billing address. Payment must be made in full using a valid credit card, debit card, or wire transfer at the moment of booking.
You hereby permit airtravelbook.com and its authorized third parties to process the charge to the credit or debit card(s) you provide us for the total amount of your reservation.
You may be asked by the relevant Travel Supplier(s) to present a valid credit or debit card at the time of check-in at the hotel and/or at the pick-up point of the car rental company to confirm authorized card usage and/or to secure any extra charges. The cardholder must be one of the travelers listed on your reservation.

If your itinerary includes an ultimate destination or stops in a country other than the departure country, the provisions of a treaty known as the "Warsaw Convention" may apply to your entire trip, including any part entirely within the country of origin or destination. The Warsaw Convention governs and may limit the liability of certain air carriers for the death of or personal injury to passengers and/or loss of or damage to baggage.
A reservation is not finalized until confirmed/ticketed. To protect our clients, we verify with the credit/debit card issuer that the billing address and credit card verification number you provided are accurate and that your debit/credit transaction will be accepted. Until this information is verified, the fare is subject to alteration. We are not liable for any transaction that is declined by the credit/debit card issuer or a travel provider or if, for any reason, the debit/credit card billing address and/or credit card verification number cannot be verified promptly, nor are we responsible for any changes in fare or other charges that may arise during our verification process. In the event the selected fare is unavailable, an approval code may have been issued on your credit card. If the transaction is not completed, the approval code may temporarily debit the amount from your bank account.
There can be last-minute modifications to flights, and thus, Airline(s) should verify and inform passengers accordingly. You must reconfirm at least 24 hours before departure for domestic flights and 72 hours for flights to Hawaii and international destinations.
Upgrades and standby arrangements are generally not permitted. The responsibility for upgrades/standby rests solely with the respective airlines.

We reserve the right to cancel requests for travel to destinations that have been subjected to an official ban by the US government.
A passenger's duty or departure tax may be levied upon departure from international locations such as Mexico, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, and Australia. These are local government taxes collected at the airports and are not included in the initial ticket prices.
An administrative fee of $28 will be charged for travel receipts requested for reservations made a year or more ago.
If any of our agents make an error during the booking process, we will make reasonable attempts to correct these mistakes at the time of occurrence. airtravelbook.com is committed to providing compensation up to a maximum of the total service fees that airtravelbook.com has collected for that reservation, along with a $50 coupon redeemable for purchases from airtravelbook.com within the next 12 months. You must notify us of any errors within 24 hours of receiving your itinerary. After this 24-hour period, airtravelbook.com will not be accountable for these errors.
It is the responsibility of the traveler who booked online or directly with a customer service representative to review and reconfirm names, dates, flight number(s), airlines, and routing including all airport charges. If any discrepancies are noticed in the itinerary, it is essential to contact airtravelbook.com customer service agents within 4 hours of completing the booking.
If you do not reach out to us within 4 hours of finalizing the reservation, we will consider your booking to be acceptable to you, and we do not assume any liability for any mistakes in your reservation thereafter.
